Fantastic End To Long Season said Foyle

Martin Foyle Applauding The Travelling Support
Hereford United manager Martin Foyle was pleased to finish the season with a 4-0 win at Telford this afternoon but he admitted he didn't know how many of the current squad would be with the Bulls when the next season starts in August.

"It was a fantastic end to a long season," Foyle told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

Some Of The Hereford Support
"The supporters were absolutely fantastic, much appreciated.

"I think they realise now that the club is in safer hands now and looking forward to, hopefully, a rosier future.

"The pitch was very dry, very bobbley and lively.

"We probably didn't get to grips with it in the first twenty minutes."

Sam Clucas scored two of Hereford's four goals.

"Clucs has got a lovely left foot and he's a very intelligent football player

"He was probably the bright spark."

Rob McDonald started in the heart of defence with Luke Graham who captained the Bulls in place of Stefan Stam who was on the bench.

"Rob has got a rosy future, no question about that.

"The defence over the last four months has been very, very good"

Asked about the future Foyle wasn't hopeful about keeping many of the today's starting eleven.

"I'd like to keep some, no question about it.

"May be four or five but we'll have to wait and see."
