Research from the The Guardian says the Conference receives just 0.13% of the Premier League TV money.
The Conference currently receive £1.6million a year from the Premier League out of the current £1.2billion TV deals. The Football League receives a further 4.15% of funds, and their youth development just 0.25%.
With new TV deals set to come in this summer, the Premier League have incurred the wrath of Football League clubs for proposing substantial increases to those clubs relegated from the top flight, but only modest increases to other sides.
Parachute payments will increase by 43% for those relegated from the Premier League, but all other Football League clubs are being offered just 5% - meaning relegated sides will get ten times the payment that other Championship sides get.
Parliamentary discussions have called for the Premier League to double it's spending on grass roots football with £1.5billion reported to be spent on players wages in the top flight. The TV deals accounted for nearly half of all Premier League revenue last season.
