Gateshead are to add a seventh venue to the list of 'home' addresses this season.
In addition to their own ground, they have already played Conference matches at Blyth, York, and Hartlepool, and have scheduled games at Carlisle, Middlesboro, and now Boston's York Street ground. They also played a FA Trophy match at 'home' against - and in - Barrow.
The Conf North stadium will host their four-times rearranged game with Newport that was again called off yesterday. The decision to play the game on Thursday, March 28th, leaves the Exiles facing two batches of four games in eight days, with their home game with Macclesfield also rearranged today for a Thursday.
For Gateshead the game will see them make a 185 mile trip south to Lincolnshire, with Newport travelling only 20 miles more.
