Todd's Newport Move "Dead In The Water"

Newport have reportedly admitted defeat in their attempts to sign former Bulls loanee Chris Todd.

Forest Green are reported to have rejected two cash bids for the player, who is out of contract in the summer, as they don't want to sell him to one of their promotion rivals.

The South Wales Argus says the 31 year old will now be moving to a club outside of the fifth tier, with the move to be announced within the next 48 hours.
