Interviewed by BBC Midlands Sport earlier today, Hereford United chairman David Keyte appeared somewhat more at ease than when speaking to BBC H&W this morning.
"There was a comment on the day from somebody that as I walked into the boardroom that it was the first time that you'd had a smile on your face for long time," said Keyte.
Keyte was reminded that the club had received £30k for winning two FA Cup-ties.
"It just shows that the make or break of the football club are the performances on the pitch.
"We can do what we can off the pitch, there's tremendous fundraising going on and donations from supporters etc. It's all much needed.
"But the real bounce is success on the pitch".
