Macclesfield have allowed midfielder Arnaud Mendy to join Luton on loan, while announcing that Hatters' midfielder John-Paul Kissock will join the Silkmen permanently in January. Frenchman Mendy, 22, started out with Derby before joining the Silkmen in the summer of 2011. Nuneaton have signed striker Tyrell Waite from Notts County on an initial months loan. The teenage was signed by the Magpies after impressing while playing for Ilkeston.

Truro City expect to be kicked out of the Conference after the competition agreed to another extension to their deadline to lodge a bond. Talks had gone late into last night with an unnamed buyer for the club, but the party 'had gone AWOL' this morning and they are now expected to be expelled from Conf South. Portsmouth's Supporters Trust has been named as the club's preferred bidder after football chiefs expressed concerns at rival bidders' Portpin's suitability. The Administrators are expected to have to go to court to force Portpin's hand in completing a deal over their claims on Fratton Park.

Hyde have loaned defender Andrew Pearson to Guiseley for an initial month. The 22 year old was a regular last season but has struggled for games this term. Conf North side Hinckley United have released a statement saying they have paid off over £100,000 this season to avoid court action over debts, but that it still needs another £80,000 to keep the wolves from the door over debts run up last term.
