Cornell signs Three Year Deal with Swansea

Dave Cornell has signed a three year deal to stay with Swansea City. Last season he spent much of his time with Hereford United.

"I gained a lot of experience at Hereford last season," Cornell told South Wales Evening Post.

"It was very disappointing to be relegated, but on a personel note I took a lot from it.

"League Two is a tough, physical league and I had my fair share of hard knocks and big challenges.

"But that's all part of the development of a keeper."

Cornell added that he didn't know whether he might go out on loan this season.

"It's an option."
