Richard O'Kelly has said that he is encouraged by what he has seen so far since being appointed as Hereford United manager.
"The first thing that struck me when I walked through the door was that there was a good team spirit," O'Kelly told the Hereford Times.
"I am encouraged by what I've seen so far."
On Saturday Southend are the visitors to Edgar Street. Currently they are 4th in the table.
"All the games are going to be tough between now and the end of the season. There will be no easy ones."
O'Kelly is hopeful Lyle Taylor will be available. However as yet Bournemouth haven't agreed a new loan. A decision is expected today.
