Barnet have announced plans to remain at Underhill next season. They intend to relocate office staff to their Hive training ground and demolish the existing office cabins to create a pathway to the parts of the stadium currently accessed through land owned by the local council, the lease of which expires at the end of 2012. They have applied for a six month extension to that lease but their long term plan remains to depart the ageing site with many speculating that they aim to relocate fully to the Hive.

Neath face a further winding up petition after Barclays Bank successfully applied to take over the winding up petition originally brought by the taxman. The club settled the £65,000 tax bill but now faces the bank in court on May 14th over an undisclosed sum. Rotherham have handed new deals to midfielder Jason Taylor and Gareth Evans after the pair triggered extension clauses in their current deals.

Port Vale's fans have already raised £20,000 for their fighting fund in just nine days. Meanwhile, the Administrator has revealed he was due to axe coaches Mark Grew and Geoff Horsfield before talks with boss Micky Adams saved their jobs. Striker Sean Rigg has been targeted by more than one League One side and is expected to leave before the loan deadline next Thursday. Gillingham striker Adam Birchall has been told he will not play this season due to the knee injury he picked up in pre-season. The former Dover man had started jogging but has been told to stop again. Northampton have confirmed the signing of defender Anthony Charles on a deal until the end of the season. The 31 year old previously had four years at Aldershot.
