Bulls midfielder Harry Pell is to see a knee specialist over the injury he picked up last week.
He told his Twitter followers that he is due to go to Cheltenham today to check the injury. He had a scan last Wednesday and was a doubt for last Saturday's trip to Gillingham before it was postponed.
Meanwhile, there are suggestions around Crewe that they made a move to sign Kenny Lunt. Manager Steve Davis refused to name their target but confirmed to their official site this lunchtime: "We did enquire about a midfield player. He had Championship experience and has been a very good player but we couldn't afford his demands on this occasion. He was above us."
