Woolmer back at Edgar Street

Andy Woolmer is set to referee at Edgar Street on Boxing Day.

Woolmer will also be remembered by Hereford United supporters for, rightly or wrongly, sending off Andy Tretton in the Conference play-off semi-final some years ago.

More recently the Bulls met Woolmer at Chesterfield in March 2010. He booked Jake Jarvis in a game the Bulls won 2-1 with a goal from Mark Pugh and a penalty from Jarvis.

Woolmer last refereed at Edgar Street on March 15th 2008 when Hereford defeated Wycombe 1-0. An own goal by Russell Martin gifted three points to the Bulls.

To date this season, Woolmer has been in charge of 21 games in which he has given out 21 yellow cards and three red cards.
