Youth team manager John Layton is convinced that the name of Hereford United will mean Wigan will sit up and take notice of their opponents at this evening's FA Youth Cup-tie.
"It's Hereford United in the FA Cup," Layton told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"No matter whom we play, the name still carries something in the FA Cup if not to the lads who are playing now but to their parents.
"They will know it's going to be a tricky one."
The tie kicks off at 7pm at Wigan and there are expected to be 'tweets' from the game on the BN twitter site.
