Crewe boss Steve Davis says he is yet to decide on his line-up to face the Bulls tomorrow.
Davis makes his Gresty Road debut as manager with two new loan faces at his disposal, but wants to see new arrivals Jamie Lowry and Wes Fletcher in the flesh before deciding on his XI. He told their official site:
"It would be silly of me to put them straight in without really seeing them, so I will have a good look at them in training today and then decide. They will be like any other player. If they impress me then they have a chance of being involved. That is the possibility for all of them."
Meanwhile, Davis' attempts to sign a left back were blocked by the player's agent. The League One target was all set to sign with his manager wanting him to get some games, but the agent refused the deal. Davis had also been rejected by an uncontracted player who opted to trial at Oldham, and another full back from a fellow League Two side.
On the injury front Crewe will be missing midfielder Luke Murphy, who picked up a hamstring injury in training yesterday. It will be only the second League game he has missed this season. Also out is the suspended Ashley Westwood, who was sent off two weeks ago.
