Hereford United manager Jamie Pitman has said that this afternoon's 2-0 win over Bradford City has given the Bulls another lift after last week's 3-3 draw at Swindon.
"We can't be carried away," Pitman told BBC Hereford and Worcester. "We've got another massive encounter next week against Barnet.
"But I'm glad to have the three points.
"It was a tight game, there wasn't a great deal in it. We had a couple of good opportunities."
The Bulls went ahead with a 25 yard free kick from Stephen Leslie.
"He's got that sort of quality. He showed great confidence and it was a fantastic free kick."
Looking at tactics, the Bulls played a 4-5-1 formation for most of the game.
"We've wanted to do that for a long time," said Pitman, "but we didn't have the personnel to do that. And it suits us.
Pitman gave a debut to Andy Todd who partnered Stefan Stam in the heart of defence.
"I thought he was fantastic. He reads the game very well and gets into good positions. Defending is all about getting your position and he does that very well."
