Lincoln have parted company with manager Steve Tilson in the wake of their 4-0 loss to Tamworth at the weekend.
After being relegated from the Football League in the summer, the Imps have won just three Conference games this season with the loss to the part-timers the final straw for the Imps board.
Tilson was appointed last October after Chris Sutton quit and, after a reasonable start, the club nosedived down the table earning just two points from their final 11 matches. Both Tilson and assistant Paul Brush have been axed with the club having had just sixteen players available for their last game due to injuries.
Youth coach Grant Brown has been placed in temporary charge.
