Mark Haywood from West Yorkshire has been appointed to referee next Saturday's game at Edgar Street between Hereford United and Barnet.
It's just over two years since Haywood last officiated at a Hereford home game. That afternoon Dagenham were the visitors and the game was drawn 1-1.
Last season the Bulls met Haywood at two away games. Firstly at Shrewsbury where he booked Kenny Lunt and Bryon Webster and then, late in the game, sent Ryan Green off for a strong challenge on Mat Sadler. The Bulls lost the game 4-0.
Secondly late last April at Morecambe where the two teams drew 1-1.
To date this season Haywood has been in charge of 12 games and given out 35 yellow cards but not, as yet, any red cards.
