Based on the percentage of the home attendance that travelled away last season, the Bulls were the 15th best supported club in the Football League.
10.6% of the Bulls home support travelled to away matches, above the national average of 8.9%, with the Football League reporting that the Bulls averaged 231 travellers to each match. Port Vale topped the list of League Two travellers with an average of 886, while Morecambe were bottom of the pile with just 123 following the Shrimps away.
The Bulls reported to the FL that on average 327 away fans travelled to Edgar Street for each game last season. Torquay was, somewhat surprisingly, the least attractive L2 venue with just 117 opting to visit Plainmoor. Most popular destination in L2 was Chesterfield, with 601 visiting their new stadium.
The Bulls recorded a highest away tally on the opening day at Crewe, with 905 visiting Gresty Road. That number was enough to beat twelve other sides best figures, including four League One teams.
