Morecambe boss Jim Bentley believes his side can win at Edgar Street tomorrow.
The former central defender played several times against the Bulls, and was once a Graham Turner target before he moved to the Shrimps, and he believes he can get a result at Edgar Street, telling the Lancashire Evening Post:
“We know about them. We’ve had them watched in pre-season and we know it’s going to be a tough place to go to but it’s certainly a winnable game for us.”
Bentley also believes his side should have already got a point on the board:
“I think we deserved something more from the game on Saturday. I watched the video on Sunday and looking at the stats throughout the whole country, I think there was only Burnley and Birmingham City who had more shots at goal.
“We had 20 efforts with seven on target so we had chances – some of them not as clear cut as others."
Meanwhile, the London Bulls have arranged a Summer Social at the Morpeth Arms, Pimlico, starting at 7.30pm on Monday 15th August.
