Gillingham assistant boss Ian Hendon has expressed surprise at the differing penalties handed out to the Bulls and Torquay yesterday.
Speaking to Gillingham's official site, the former Barnet boss said: "If you look at both cases, I can't see how the decision is fair on Hereford, regardless of them winning the game.
"By the sound of things they both made the same mistake, so whether it was one point, or three points for both of them, I think it should have been the same punishment for both sides. If you've both committed the same crime then the punishment should be the same."
