Clean sheet Barts talks

Hereford shot-stopper Adam Bartlett has spoken to BBC Hereford and Worcester following his team's stalemate at Gillingham this afternoon:

"We knew it was going to be tough but we said at half-time coming in 0-0 we'd be happy to come away with a point. Thankfully we've come away with what could be a vital point", commented Bartlett.

On a personal level, Bartlett was pleased to recover from a poor performance on Wednesday against Accrington. "After the mistake on Wednesday night, I needed to put in a performance, get my own confidence back. It was a full team effort today"

"He was talking to one or two of the players today, hard to gain somebody's respect when they speak to you like that", said Bartlett when asked about the referee.

On the relegation battle, Bartlett was still hopeful Hereford can finish the season strongly. "Barnet winning today was disappointing but realistically, we're still going to pick up points. To win against Wycombe on Tuesday would be massive, we need to win more at home."
