Results Round Up

The Bulls see their safety net cut to six points, but with a couple of games in hand, after their defeat to Barnet today. The Bees stay 23rd, two points short of Burton after the Brewers drew 0-0 with bottom club Stockport. With the Bulls 20th, Morecambe are the only other side below them - on goal difference only - after they lost 1-0 at home to Bradford. The Bantams are up to 17th, with Macclesfield 18th and Northampton 19th. The Silkmen beat the Cobblers 1-0 to move up to 41 points, while Cheltenham's decline continues after they lost 2-1 at Aldershot to drop to 16th.

At the top Chesterfield's lead is still 10 points despite a 2-0 loss at Crewe. Bury drew 0-0 with fourth placed otherham to hold second with third placed Wycombe losing 1-0 at home to Stevenage. Shrewsbury are down to fifth after losing 5-0 at Torquay, with Gillingham sixth following their 3-1 win over Accrington. Port Vale round out the top seven after a 2-1 home loss to Oxford, but there is still a four point gap between them and any of the play-off chasers. Southend failed to keep pace with the top seven after losing 2-1 at Lincoln.

In the Conference Crawley won 2-1 at Fleetwood to move three points clear after Wimbledon lost 2-1 at home to Kidderminster. Kiddy now have a five point gap from Fleetwood inside the play-offs with York seven points behind but with three games in hand. Forest Green lost 3-2 at home to Barrow.

At the foot of League One Plymouth are back on the bottom, four points from safety, after losing 2-0 at Hartlepool. Bristol Rovers lost 1-0 at home to Huddersfield to be three points short, as are Swindon after their 1-1 draw with Dagenham. Walsall are level on points with the fifth bottom Daggers after they drew 1-1 at Yeovil with the green slime only two points clear of danger themselves.
