Hereford United chairman David Keyte told last week's AGM that he expected the club shop to contribute a better reurn this season than for sometime.
Figures published in the accounts both for last year and the previous year suggested that the profit from club shop sales was next to nothing.
However Keyte predicted a five figure profit from shop sales this season.
One shareholder at the AGM felt the club had missed a useful opportunity to sell scarves and the like on the morning of the FA Cup match at Sheffield Wednesday.
The chairman said that the shop didn't open as the staff were all going to the game, but he noted the comment.
Currently there is a long thread on the Bulls Banter forum discussing what additional stock might be put into the shop.
