Both Hereford United and Torquay United are still awaiting news of the date for a Football League Commission hearing into both teams allegedly fielding an ineligible player at the recent game between the two clubs at Plainmoor.
Torquay's recent loan signing from Shrewsbury Jake Robinson and Hereford’s Rob Purdie both played even though it's understood their January 31 deals had not been registered before a 12 noon deadline the day before the match.
"The Commission will sit at a mutually agreed and convenient date," said FL spokesperson John Nagle as reported by the Torquay press.
"That date will be set in the near future."
What has been made public which might affect the case is that Torquay has been warned about previous errors.
They are believed to have made less serious administrative errors in previous loan signings involving goalkeeper Michael Poke and winger Jake Thomson, both from Southampton.
The case will be heard in front of a Football Disciplinary Commission and will comprise three people, an independent chairman, one member appointed by the League and one nominated by the club/clubs.
Torquay club secretary Ann Sandford has been suspended since the Hereford match.
