Following the 2-1away win at Aldershot, Jamie Pitman has given his reaction to BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"An excellent win, excellent performance, something that has been coming. We've defended very well and I'm very pleased with the win", commented Pitman.
"Stuart Fleetwood has done very well. We knew they would keep a high line so we tried to get in behind them, it worked a treat, great finish from Stuart. Final ball let us down though, we could have had two or three more."
Pitman was full of sympathy for his defence after conceding a late goal, "They've put such great work in to keep a clean sheet, disappointed for them."
The Hereford boss was full of praise for his squad. "Great togetherness, a monster group of young players, people have to remember they are young because they are still learning the game. Their togetherness will hopefully pull through and get us out of the bottom two"
On the injury front, things are looking promising. "No major knocks, fingers crossed Rob Purdie will come through, and the others will be there or there abouts"
