Mansfield have secured a return to their Field Mill home after reaching agreement with ground owner Keith Haslam. The club says they have agreed an improved deal to rent the ground, and that the seperate legal action over monies paid to one of Haslam's companies will not be affected. Plymouth say that Peter Ridsdale will not become a permanent addition at Home Park and that his involvement with the club is on an advisory basis only.

Histon say they did not make a deliberate attempt to mislead the Conference after being charged with misconduct over the Financial Report Initiative. They expect to face the Conference on Dec 23rd to face the charges. Southend have lost the services of loan striker Antonio German after he was recalled by QPR. The 18 year old scored once in seven games and was supposed to stay for three more weeks.

Some Stockport fans have called for striker Barry Conlon to be sacked after the veteran was convicted of drink-driving for a second time. He received a three and a half year ban for the drink-driving offence and for driving without insurance in his Mercedes. Burton boss Paul Peschisolido and Port Vale boss Micky Adams have both distanced themselves from press reports linking the pair to the Sheff Utd hotseat.

Torquay have released winger Wayne Carlisle and defender Danny Senda. Carlisle was given a short term deal to prove his fitness but started only three games while Senda, who was coming back from a year without a club due to injury, played only three times in total for the Gulls.
