The Bulls entertain Cheltenham at Edgar Street on Saturday in a League Two fixture.
It will be the fifth Football League fixture between the two sides, and the Robins are yet to secure a win after the Bulls won three and drew one of the four games so far. Last season's 1-1 draw at Edgar Street saw a late Jonny Godsmark goal save the Bulls blushes after a poor performance under John Trewick, while the reverse fixture was one of Trewick's last in charge as the 10 men held on for a 1-0 win thanks to Ryan Green's only FL goal for the Bulls.
The Bulls will have Guillem Bauza back in training ahead of the game, but he is unlikely to take part. James McQuilkin is also to miss the match with his hamstring problem, leaving the door open for a likely starting spot for loan signing Nicky Featherstone. The Hull man replaced McQuilkin last Saturday and had a comfortable time in midfield against the lowly opposition. One decision to be made will be whether to continue with two strikers or revert to the Lunt-Manset combination that has been favoured by Jamie Pitman in games before the FA Cup.
The Robins are surprise play-off contenders after being considered to be more likely to be at the other end of the table by the bookies. Their home form is considerably better than away, with 18 goals conceded in seven trips including a three goal loss at Barnet and conceding six at Rotherham. The Robins will bring two former Bulls with them back to Edgar Street. Keith Lowe returns after being released in the summer and is reportedly one of their better performers as a full back, while Brian 'junior' Smikle makes his return to Edgar Street five and a half years after a three month spell on loan from West Brom.
