In his most recent interview with BBC Hereford and Worcester, Jamie Pitman has spoken about his chief assistant Russell Hoult who came to Hereford United as a goalkeeping coach.
"He has the same philosophy as me about work rate and committment," said Pitman.
"He's a very good professional, he's played at the highest level so you have to be.
"He's a very good character to have around. He makes it very light-hearted amongst the players which is excellent and which we need.
"And then you've got me - I'm the one who panics and has the more thoughts about things.
"We work very well together and he has an imput in everything we do."
