Craig King becomes a Cobbler

Craig King, who had a loan spell with Hereford United last season, has joined Northampton Town on a one month loan from Leicester City.

The 5ft 11in, 20 year old forward scored three goals in 28 appearances for the Bulls. One of his goals came in Hereford's 3-1 win at Sixfields last December.

"Craig is a hardworking player who I have seen play a number of times," said Northampton manager Ian Sampson.

"He is a bit different to what we have and I think he will be a good addition. He is the sort of player the crowd will take to because of his sheer workrate.
