York beat Luton 1-0 in their home leg of the Conference play-offs.
A Richard Brodie goal in the 90th minute gives the Minstermen the lead in their bid to end their six year Conference stay with over 6,000 at Bootham Crescent.
In the other game Rushden drew 1-1 with Oxford after the U's took the lead through James Constable. Mark Byrne equalised in front of 4,535 at Nene Park.
