Newport County manager Dean Holdsworth has been linked with the vacant manager's post at Bristol City according to the South Wales Argus.
The paper also reminds its readers he has already been linked with Hereford United.
Holdsworth says that nothing will be decided until Newport have won the Conference South title. They are already sure of promotion to the National Conference.
He met top Newport officials yesterday to discuss his and the clubs future.
"It was agreed between myself and the directors that we would put talks on hold until we’d reached our goal of winning the league and now that we have done, the dialogue will continue."
