Who wants to be a Director of Hereford United?

You'll need to be quick but anyone considering that they might like to become a director of Hereford United has an opportunity later this month.

Currently the board is just four strong and has been for several years. But at every Hereford United AGM there is a chance for someone else to get involved.

No person other than a retiring director shall, unless recommended by the directors, be eligible for election as a director at the meeting unless, not less than fourteen days before the meeting, notice is given by a member qualified to attend and vote at the meeting of his intention to propose such person for election, and also notice in writing by that person of his willingness to be elected.

With the AGM date confirmed as Thursday Feruary 25th, there's just one week for anyone interested to get organised.
