Ten Man Vale Beat Bulls

The Bulls fell to another away defeat, 2-0 at Vale Park, in today's League Two match.

An early Craig Davies goal and a late Marc Richards strike handed the points to the Valiants as, with Lewis Haldane's first half dismissal, the Bulls failed to capitalise on a man advantage for half the match. That advantage disappeared in second half injury time when Ryan Valentine was sent off for the second time this season after a clash with Richards.

The Bulls, cheered on by 177 fans in the 4,686 crowd, gave a debut to Lateef Elford-Alliyu from the start, and the game also saw a first appearance on the pitch for James McQuilkin since August.

Full report later.
