There will be updates from the Paint Trophy game at Leyton Orient on BBC Hereford and Worcester this evening but no live commentary.
The cost of live commentary from this game would be quite expensive and falls outside the BBC-Football League agreement.
Head of Sport at BBC Hereford and Worcester, Trevor Owens, told Bulls News that the whole commentary rights issue is becoming increasingly complicated.
In effect the station can not justify the cost in covering all of Hereford United's games. It already spends 'far more' on the Bulls than any other club it covers.
"Apologies to those who grumble," said Owens. "But we have to draw the line somewhere. It is worth pointing out that - given the commentary deal we pay - we spend far more on Hereford United than on any of the other clubs that we cover.
"I know some people grumble about the Warriors or Worcestershire CCC, but the governing bodies of rugby union and cricket don't demand commentary rights which obviously makes these sports far cheaper to cover."
