Whilst delighted to be through to the second round of the FA Cup, Hereford United manager John Trewick admitted he didn't enjoy the game.
"I've got to say I didn't enjoy very much of it," Trewick told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"We are through into the next round. We know we can play better. I thought we put up a good effort but the sending off (of Manset) was always going to change the game and we had to re-adjust to that and play in a certain way in order to get a result. And we did that.
"It's always nice to score early, we haven't done it too often in the season. But unfortunately the game was a bit stop-start, a few niggly things going on, then the sending off and we never really got a flow going to our game.
"But we stuck at it and worked ever so hard so I pleased with a lot of aspects of it."
Trewick spoke about the officals.
"I thought there were so odd decisions and I felt there was a lot of persistent fouling by them and it took a long time before a yellow card was shown.
"All you want is fairness for both sides and consistency in the decision making."
