Mike Newell, the Grimsby Manager, has admitted his relief at getting three points against The Bulls on Saturday.
"We're not trying to kid anybody, we're playing in fits and starts," said Newell. "Probably the best spell we had was the last 20 minutes. We got the goal and everything's great. We did not concede and we got the three points.”
"We're chopping and changing and everything we have got is either on the pitch or on the bench and it's just a case of sticking at it and grinding out results."
"You would always take points over performances, but you can't go on like that. We know it's a bit of a struggle at the moment.”
