Hereford based Joe Arnold has quit Blue Square South club Weymouth as he has found the travelling to the South Coast club too much.
The 21 year old striker has left the club “for the forseeable future” according to manager Matty Hale.
"Joe is someone I’ve looked to keep but he can’t fully commit to the club at the moment and has left for the foreseeable future. He needs to find work nearer his home and has been finding it difficult with travelling from Hereford to make training and matches," said Hale.
"We’ll see if things change and hopefully we can sort out something in the future. He wants to play for the club but at the moment it’s not possible."
