Former Hereford United loanee Robbie Threlfall has joined Northampton on an initial months loan.
Liverpool left back Threlfall will be reunited with other two former Hereford United players, Steve Guinan and Dean Beckwith.
In other news this afternoon the Football League has announced that clubs will have an extra day to make any additions to their squads, this season, with last day of August falling on a Bank Holiday Monday. Therefore the deadline will be extended and close at 5.00pm on Tuesday 1st September 2009.
