Charlton Athletic manager Phil Parkinson was a disappointed manager after his side lost out to Hereford United in last night's Carling Cup match.
"Chances win matches and we didn't take our chances," said Parkinson.
"Credit Hereford, they played well on the night and I wish them all the best in the next round.
"We came here with a weakened squad but we came here looking to win, and are disappointed that we didn't. I thought we created enough chances to win the game.
"They (the squad) came up against a decent team tonight."
