Ex-Bull Watch

Paul Parry scored Preston's opener as they won 3-0 at Barnsley. Theo Robinson, on the pitch for 32 minutes, scored twice as Huddersfield spanked Brighton 7-1. Tamika Mkandawire opened the scoring, but then was guilty for a short back-pass that led to the winner, as Leyton Orient lost to Charlton. Joe Anyinsah scored the winner as Carlisle won 2-1 at Stockport.

Chris Hargreaves was booked as Torquay won at Burton, with Tony James still waiting on his League debut. Steve Guinan scored his first Northampton goal, and their first of the season, as they won 3-0 at Accrington.
