Half Of Kiddy To Be Trialists

At least half of Kidderminster's side tomorrow will be trialists, boss Mark Yates has confirmed.

Eight featured in Saturday's match with Wolves, with Gavin Strachan the most notable name, and more are expected to arrive for tomorrow's game as Yates looks to rebuild the side that was forcibly dismantled due to the club's financial restrictions: "We have still got players that we are trying to bring to the club that are just taking a bit of time. I have got a couple of offers in for players and I am just waiting for answers."

With so many players chasing contracts Yates acknowledged tomorrow night's match will be a good show: "It should be a decent game, and it will nice to see Keith Lowe and ‘Barts’ back."

Both Bartlett and Lowe stayed at Aggborough for a single season and were in last season's Kiddy side against the Bulls that also saw ex-Bulls Andy Ferrell, Daryl Taylor, and Brian Smikle turn out. But only Smikle remains of that trio with the former West Brom youngster finally breaking into a regular starting spot after spending most of the previous two seasons on the bench.
