Work will start on Southend's new stadium in the summer after they secured all the necessary funding. Leeds' are facing an arbitration panel today over the way they appointed manager Simon Grayson. The three man panel will consider a complaint from Blackpool that Leeds broke League rules on contracted personnel. Former Crawley owner Azwar Majeed has been jailed for three and a half years for cheating the public revenue. He is said to owe the taxman £700,000.
