Luton beat Scunthorpe 3-2 to win the Johnstones Paint Trophy at Wembley. They took 40,000 of the 55,000 crowd, and the Hatters fans were in fine voice in their disapproval of the FA and Football League over their 30 point pre-season sanction. An Investment Board, of sponsors and investors into the club, will oversee an Operations Board that will do the day to day running.
