Great Scalp if we defeat Leicester - Trewick

Hereford United coach John Trewick has told the Worcester News that although it would be a great scalp to defeat Leicester City tomorrow at Edgar Street avoiding relegation is going to be an almighty task.

"It was a blow against Brighton and it’s made it almost impossible for us in terms of staying in the division," said Trewick.

"We need to win five, if not all six, of our remaining games and realistically that’s not going to happen.

"So, without it being mathematically impossible, it’s as near as we can get to being relegated.

"We can still stay up but it would take a turn-around like I have never seen before in both our results and those around us.

“We have six games left and we will be trying to win them all.

"It would be a great scalp to beat the league leaders but that would only give us three points and we would still have an almighty task."

The Bulls still have a large injury list but the paper sugggests that central defender Josh Goling is close to fitness and could be in the squad tomorrow.
