Easton Leaves By Mutual Consent

Midfielder Clint Easton has left the Bulls by mutual consent, the club have announced.

The former Watford man played a total of 61 times for the Bulls in all competitons, scoring four times. He was credited with the most assists during the promotion from League Two, but saw his Bulls career come to a shuddering halt when a boozy night out ended with five players banned from local pubs.

His only appearance after that, as a sub against tomorrow's opponents Hartlepool, was greeted with a chorus of boos as the player and club failed to halt the rampant speculation spreading about the incident. After that day he was regularly stated to have a hamstring injury, and that eight minute cameo proved to be his final appearance in a Bulls shirt.
