Young defender Darren Dennehy, currently on loan at Hereford United from Cardiff City, was on the wrong side of a 3-0 defeat last night at Turners Cross, the home of Cork City.
Dennehy played the whole game for the Republic of Ireland under-21 side against Turkey but according to reports the Turks were too strong for the young Irish team.
