Slade Named Brighton Boss

Russell Slade has been appointed as the new boss at Brighton.

The former Yeovil man has arrived at the Withdean Stadium after both Jim Gannon and Paul Ince turned down the job. Slade left Yeovil two weeks ago after falling out with the club's board, but has only agreed a deal until the end of the current season with the Seagulls.

The existing coaching staff, Dean White and Bob Booker, will remain at the club to assist Slade.
