Clubs in League One have seven days left to loan in new faces - and enter Administration with the points deduction this season.
The March 26th deadline, the fourth Thursday of the month, was brought in after both Boston and Leeds plunged themselves into Administration during their final matches of the season as relegation was almost certain already. While Boston eventually folded, Leeds rewrote the rule books in fighting the Football League.
Last season three sides took the Administration step in League One. All three were heavily punished the following season after failing to return to the fold under the control of a CVA. Clubs that take the step of entering Administration after March 26th will be dealt with by the Football League on a case by case basis - meaning that the points deduction can be applied at any point.
