Guinan delighted with Turner's Rabbits

In an article for the PFA, Hereford United striker Steve Guinan has praised manager Graham Turner's ability to find loan players to bolster the squad at Edgar Street.

“I have been having a laugh before the games and saying that finally my talents have been recognised as I am lining up with two Manchester United and two Liverpool players in the same dressing room!" said Guinan.

“In all seriousness, the gaffer has pulled some more rabbits out of the hat in the loan market and Peter Gulasci saved a penalty on his debut against Leeds. Sam Hewson and Febian Brandy have both been scoring goals whilst Godwin Antwi has given us a real physical presence in defence.

“I think we can attract players like this as we have gained a reputation as a ‘footballing’ club where the game is played the right way and that players can develop.”
