In his post match interview broadcast on BBC Hereford and Worcester, Graham Turner said his players had shown a lot of character in difficult circumstances.
"We had a lot of upsets, circumstances that prevailed for long periods of the game let to us showing a lot of character.
"We lost three centre-halves during the course of the first half and that's against probably the most direct side that we have met for a long time. A side with big front players, big centre-halves going up for all the set pieces and intent on pumping everything into our box. So it was a day you need good headers of the ball and we lost all three.
"To finish up with a mid-field player playing at right back, a right back playing at centre-half and a midfield player at centre-half - it showed a lot of character and a lot of resillance and it will as done our confidence the world of good.
"Karl Broadhurst has got a dead leg, sometimes these can drag on. Dean Beckwith looks in a bad way with concussion, and Josh Gowling doesn't look too clever, I think it's his ankle.
"We've got to take stock tomorrow and Monday and see where we go from here.
"It is a severe blow at this stage of the season with so many games coming up that our vital to us to lose three good defenders."
