It's Cheltenham next for Bulls

The Bulls have yet to start a game in February but, weather permitting, should be back in action next Saturday with a visit to Whaddon Road, the home of Cheltenham Town.

It will be the first time the two clubs have met at Whaddon Road for nearly ten years when both clubs were in the Conference. At that game current Cheltenham assistant manager John Brough, who had recently been transferred from the Bulls, played for the Robins and scored in the game which ended 2-2.

For Hereford United striker Steve Guinan it will be the first time he has played against his former club at Whaddon Road who he joined in May 2004 after two seasons with the Bulls.

For Guinan it was the chance of League One football as opposed to Conference football that was the deciding factor to leave Edgar Street. At that time he probably never expected to be back at Hereford initially on loan from the Robins just two and a half years later.

The game on Saturday is all ticket for Hereford United supporters and tickets, subject to availability, can be purchased from Edgar Street during office hours.

HUISA, FUNBUS and HUMADS are all running transport to the game.

FUNBUS is fully booked. Departs Wetherspoons (Hereford) at 11.00 am.

HUISA are currently reported to be booking supporters on a second coach. Cost £7 for members and £8 for non-members. Leave Edgar Street 12.30pm. More details from the club on 08442 76 1939

HUMADS have a few seats remaining at £6-00 per seat. Their coach leave Edgar Street at 11am. As ever more details from Reg on 01684 572945 or 07958 176 937
